Thought about enclosing the solenoid on my truck but i was in too much of a rush when i replaced it.

I moved mine up inside the box of the truck completely out of the elements......plenty of vacuum on it not to effect the extra length in vacuum hose....

I moved mine to Mississippi.

Not one single mantenance headache since.
