Spinner turning slow

I have a Hydro-force SX-7 that is turning slow, What causes that? and Can it be fixed? If so how do I fix it?
Using 1200 psi and 0502 jets. Other spinners that I have work fine.

Jets turned too vertically.

Yes the jets must be even and in a straight line as 9&3 on a clock if not the pressure will not push the rotation of the spinner bar. jz.

Jets are in line with the bar. I can't do anything about the angle.

Check your inline filter and check you jets to make sure they aren't clogged.

Also spin the bar by hand it should go around a few times without stopping if you spin it and it just stops with out a full turn your bearing is probably shot and need a new one.
