You need to make a simple rack card handout. Use the picture of the moth eaten rug. Hand it to them every time you pickup rugs. Don't put the price, it would date the piece. You tell them the price with a low pressure pitch. Tell them they don't have to decide now, as long as they let you know a couple of days before delivery.

Don't use scare tactics in the text. Just let them know that it deters moths and protects their investment. "After cleaning is the perfect time to apply moth protection!"
