Doing a 3 story building with extra long hallways today, 2 stairwells. Somebody asked me why don't I encap it? Same thing I am asking myself halfway through. No ventilation, hot as hades, would take me half the time. Maybe next year. I have mad respect for guys like Marty or Matt who are doing the same thing in brutal heat and humidity.

Only job today. Had 3 bottles of water then went to the shop and drank beer. Had a couple of carpet cleaners drop by to waste the rest of the afternoon.

yeah, the carpets are so old, faded, furniture stained (off gas). This is one of the 3 houses he owns, 2 here and 1 in California. Not only does he let me hunt his property, but follows up with feedback.

One of my best customers. But I do agree, they look like a problem, its just how he rolls and I just keep cleaning them, year after year my whole career.
