New customer getting the house ready to sell...

I start with a deep cleaning w/ lots of scrubbing and a pressure washing then I start poking around and digging out failed grout and loose tiles.
Set up two AirPods overnight..
Tomorrow I'll go back and set the tiles and regrout with Super Grout Additive
