I'm hitting a EDDM hard right now for the first time offering a holiday special. Keeping my fingers crossed. Will let you know how it works.

divorce is a quick money fix... I get divorced i get rich... I do loike to support myself but it is brutal . I have never seen a week like now

Yeah we have been doing a holiday food drive thing, and considering we have no database to really speak of - I posted flyers all over town, and asked churches with food pantries to put the flyers on their message board, and or make an announcement to their congregation/parish with the promise of donating a portion of what we receive to them. We have a great response for about 2 weeks, delivered the donations, and then it went flat line.

november and december use to be like april and may. i use to be busy until christmas day then dead for about 3 weeks then a gradual climb till april. this sucks!

pretty slow here. But we plan for it. I'm going to try and make another baby.
January we send out a deal. That will keep us busy for Jan and part of Feb. Spring will be here soon enough.

Not dead but also would like more work. A few restoration jobs that normally I would not build back, we are going to do all the build back just to get more building experience and to fill time.

I am fairly certain the problem is the psychological result of anticipating that congress and that president you idiots elected not being able to reach a compromise. It's a little late for this year, but one thing we do for the Holidays... Christmas cards to all clients, no special deal/sale*. Just Marry xmas.

They get the card put it on fireplace, it's in front of them everyday for a month!

It's not cheap, cards will cost a buck a piece, plus stamp. It get the phone ringing in Jan/Feb!

Think about it... How many of us/you get xmas cards from anybody other than family?
