Has the rush begun for everyone? This will be our best week since July by the time it's over. It's a challenge getting through our Winters...but it's go time!

I released a couple hundred FMS cards within the last week also. Those custy's probably haven't received them yet. It doesn't take much to overwhelm a 1 man show like mine. I'm getting very excited...and scared. Maybe THIS is the year I get a regular helper!?!? (Or 2nd van busy?).

It is go time here for Easter before and after cleaning. Hope it continues but it is going to be different because most of the schools canceled spring break because of snow. We clean a lot of teachers homes when school is out.

Biz is not where I'd like it to be money wise, but we are doing lots of work(small jobs). About 15 more clients booked than last month.

At least the treading water part of winter is over. Time to start building up the "winter" money all over again, it will be back before we know it. Six months til Nov.!

Solid but not crazy yet. April is always a odd month with kids in the clients homes (spring break) and taxes. Tends to pick up later end of month. But then again we don't slow much down here in So Cal in Winter. We don't have Winters here really unless a strong El Niño

Ugh Mark. You're more of a man than me. This Winter has been brutal here but it's been a cake walk compared with what you guys face every year. Mel and I have honestly considered moving someplace warm. Either that or I've got to somehow deal with these wild swings in business better.

Running on fumes and limping ($) is a tough way to prepare to make hay for me.

Might be a good time to check out Branson?

Mark I can't believe the winter/Spring you're having.

82 today and 88 tomorrow.....but that brings its own problems we are in for a weekend of rough weather. Tornado's, heavy rain and hail are all possible Sat & Sun night.

We got our ass kicked yesterday afternoon a job that was booked as entry and hall at 2:00 pm at a funeral home turned out to be 3500sq/ft. No biggie but then she doubled the sq/ft when we got there by adding a second floor.

The first crew panicked and called for help. We sent two more crews and they worked into the early evening finishing up.

Sounds smooth? It wasn't they ran out of prespray, we had to take more out to them. They had trouble with a wand and we ran another out to them. They had a unit lose pressure and had to switched it with another truck.

FUBAR job ....but will be nice to bill.
