Line item or hourly?

Do you charge for each item when demolition is necessary, or, an hourly rate?
Example: Cabinets.

We just bill hourly for line items where we might not come out as well. You won't make a killing but you also won't lose your ass.

I would get certified by the for water damage if your get into this business they are plenty of classes ranging about $300 to $2000 depending on where you want to be in the the field. search IICRC for the nearest class in your area. By the way if you every get sued for not doing the job right the the standard they write that will be brought up in a court that you should be following
