Anyone have written work instructions for Stripping & Refinishing VCT?

I already know how (I'm pretty good at it too) but need a little help in training part time help/day laborers faster... I just need a starting point & I'll edit it to fit the way I do it. I'll even send you a copy if you'd like. Any assistance you can offer would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
